A notice of this meeting was mailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on November 19, 2010. This resolution approves a contract with Helios Construction of Ocean, New Jersey in the amount of $32,630 for the installation of storm sewer improvements at 230 and 232 Eagle Rock Avenue to reroute an existing storm drain from beneath a garage at 230 Eagle Rock Avenue. The contract also provides for the renovation of the garage which was damaged by the existing storm drain. j. 139-11 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 for 2010 Roadway Improvements-Phase I Various Streets in the Amount of $90,000. for A&J Contractor’s Group, 105 Federal Road, Monroe Township, NJ 2010 Roadway Improvements Phase I Various Streets - This resolution approves a Change Order for 2010 Roadway Improvements Phase I for A&J Contractors Group of Monroe, New Jersey which authorizes additional quantities of work totalling $90,000 for several items of construction and a supplemental item of construction on Central Place. These additional quantities are located on that portion of Franklin Avenue between Chestnut Street and the Montclair line and the supplemental item of construction was on Central Place for the repair of a culvert. The bid documents described the limits of improvements for Franklin Avenue from Main Street to the Montclair line. The quantities for curb, sidewalks, driveway aprons and driveway repair for the section of Franklin Avenue between Chestnut Street and the Montclair line were not included in the bid proposal. This section of roadway is just over one third the total length of the street. k. 140-11 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 2 with Shauger Property Services, Inc., in the Amount of $19,770.91 for the Change Order Proposals No. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11 at the West Orange High School Football Field This resolution approves Change Order Number 2 and Final for the West Orange High School Bleacher & Storage Installation for the Shauger Property Services, Inc. of East Orange, New Jersey in the amount of $19,770.91.
