MINUTES TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING February 18, 2016 The West Orange Zoning Board of Adjustment went into executive session at its meeting held on February 21, 2016 commencing at approximately 8:26 PM at 66 Main Street, West Orange, New Jersey in Council Chambers. Chairman Neuer announced in public session that the Board was intending to go into executive session to meet with its counsel regarding potential litigation. A motion was made to go into executive session by Chairman Neuer and seconded by Vice Chairman Buechler and was voted on in the affirmative by the seven attending Board Members (as listed in the regular meeting minutes of February 21, 2016). The Board re-convened in the first floor conference room: Present were Counsel Alice Beirne and Board Members B. Bucchler, C. DarConte, D. Gabry D. Nash, P. Neuer, B. Quentzel and M. Sussman. Counsel Alice Beirne and Chairman Neuer advised the Board of potential litigation against the Board. Zoning Board Secretary The Executive session was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
