Mr. Quentzel asked Ms. Adar if PSE&G had any intentions of making their towers any higher and she did not know the answer to that question. Mr. Ricci asked if Metro was a regular cell phone carrier or 4G and Mr. Schkolnick stated they are both. He stated he was a licensed Engineer in the State of New Jersey and testified many times. Mr. Neuer accepted his credentials. Director Borg asked what the best way to disguise the cabinet was. She stated they usually blend in with the trees but there are no trees there. She stated they should match the tower with a grey color. She also asked what color the fence will be and Mr. Suppa replied it will be a regular grey fence with grey slats. There were no more questions for the engineer. Fahad Kananeh approached the podium and was sworn in. He stated he had a bachelor of science from ITT and had testified before Boards in other Towns and Counties. He also stated he was a frequency expert in design. Mr. Neuer accepted his credentials. Mr. Kananeh described exhibit A 11, the propagation map with two (2) overlays.
