Ms. Rudin asked if the new driveway would be wider than the existing one. Mr. Morris said it would be approximately the same width. Ms. Rudin asked if Mr. Linson had been on site and written a report. Mr. Morris said he did not know if Mr. Linson had been on site. Mr. Keller said the report was forthcoming. Ms. Rudin asked if any trees would be impacted by the steep slope. Ms. Rudin asked the Township professionals for clarification regarding tree removal on steep slope. Chairman Bagoff announced the time was 11:01 P.M. The application would be carried to the next regular meeting. Chairman requested the Township professionals and Mr. Dwyer prepare memos within 7 days to distribute to the Board and Applicant recapping all items to be further discussed/revised at the October 4'" meeting including Forester Report, Landscaping Plan, Lighting, Utilities and Tree Removal. He requested the Applicant submit revisions to the Board prior to the next meeting. He requested that at the next meeting Mr. Morris present proof that he was a traffic expert. DISCUSSION Master Plan Reexamination Administrative Update. Councilwoman McCartney advised the Board the Council unanimously decided to go forward with the Master Plan Reexamination Plan; however, funds were not appropriated for the 2017 budget.
