Work Session — August 31, 2023 The Township Council work session began at 1:15 p.m., Karen Carnevale, Municipal Clerk read the following statement: This is to inform the general public that this workshop is being held in compliance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, Public Law 1975. The notice for this workshop was emailed to the West Orange Chronicle and the Star Ledger on August 24, 2023. Roll Call — Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Ghebremicael, Councilman Rutherford, Councilwoman Scarpa and Council President Williams Matters Discussed: e Drive Thru Window Ordinance e Tree Ordinance Public Comment Daniel Cunningham — Harvard Terrace Sally Malanga — Ridge Road. Kevin Malanga — Ridge Road There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public comment portion of the agenda was closed. There was no action taken by the Council during the work session. At 3:30 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Rutherford, the meeting was adjourned.
