Fire Department e 2026 Tree Planting at Various Locations e Tree Removal Services — 2026 e Emergency Tree Services 2026 e OSPAC and Crystal Lake Improvements Bill List The following bills were pulled for discussion by Councilwoman Rudin and approved on Consent: Councilwoman Rudin questioned the bill for an Electrician at $125.00 per hour x 17 hours along with a cell phone replacement for Chief Abbott, asking whether or not the phone would be turned in when the Chief retires. Also questioned was whether or not the overtime charge for the charity event that took place at the Rock Spring Golf Club will be reimbursed. Finally, the cost of the dog park maintenance was discussed, as well as suggesting the dog park be returned to the owner of the property. Council President Krakoviak stated that Councilwoman Elect Williams was told by the Township Attorney, not to speak as she has not been sworn it yet. All members present voting “Aye.” At approximately 11:37 p.m., the Township Council held a Public Hearing on Budget Amendment No. 1. The Clerk read the following statement: This is the time for the public hearing on the Municipal Budget Amendment No. 1 for 2025.The amendment was advertised in the Star Ledger as required by law on November 9, 2025, together with the Notice of Hearing for this date and time. The Council President declared the hearing to be opened, and asked if anyone wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the Public Hearing on Budget Amendment No. 1 was closed. All members present voting “Aye.” The following resolution (250-25) was approved after the Hearing on Budget Amendment No, 1. Resolution 250-25 Adoption of the 2025 Municipal Budget (Ditinyak) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved.

All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances of Second and Final Reading - None Ordinances of First Reading Ord. 2944-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 19 Sewers, Subsection 19-1.3, and Chapter 20, Streets and Sidewalks, Subsection 20-3.2 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on November 24, 2025.
