26-10 February 9, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange maintains a Environmental Center located at 590 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey; and WHEREAS, Reliable Wood Products, LLC operates the Environmental Center on behalf of the Township under a contract dated October 1, 2008; and WHEREAS, the Township and Reliable desire to cooperate to install a mobile trailer at the Environmental Center that will become a permanent structure meeting the requirements of any and all applicable building codes; and WHEREAS, the Township and Reliable will share the use of the Trailer in such percentage as may be determined between them; and WHEREAS, the Township and Reliable have agreed that they will share the costs of all labor and materials required to install the trailer equally provided that the pppppppp’p share of the costs shall not exceed $29,000.; and WHEREAS, annexed hereto is a copy of the proposed agreement between the Township and Reliable; and WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are available for this agreement; NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute the annexed agreement between the Township of West Orange and Reliable Wood Products, LLC for the installation of a trailer at the Township’s Environmental Center.
