40-10 February 23, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange previously adopted a resolution establishing certain fees and rates for various programs sponsored by the West Orange Recreation Department; and WHEREAS, the West Orange Recreation Department wishes to change the fee charged for residents and non residents participating in disabled program parties; and WHEREAS, the current fee charged for such participation is $4.00 for residents and $5.00 for non residents; and WHEREAS, the West Orange Recreation Department desires to change the fees charged to $6.00 for residents and $7.00 for non-residents; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the West Orange Recreation Department be and hereby is authorized to charge the following fees for participation in disabled program parties: $6.00 for residents and $7.00 for non residents.
