49-10 February 23, 2010 ESSEX COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange is one of the municipalities of Essex County that must appoint two (2) Community Development representatives to the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of Susan Borg and Leonard Lepore as Community Development representatives from the Township of West Orange; and WHEREAS, the Council is in agreement with the recommendation of the Mayor. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Municipal Council of the Township of West Orange that Susan Borg and Leonard Lepore be and they are hereby appointed as the Township of West Orange Community Development representatives to the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development for the year 2010. ______________________________ ______________________________ Susan McCartney, Council President Karen J.
