91-10 April 13, 2010 RESOLUTION 2010 Contract for the Food & Beverage Concession Stand at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange has a Food & Beverage Concession Stand located at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool which has been made available for a business to rent and operate during the summer season; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange did advertise and receive bids for the Pool Concession in 2009 and selected Bagelwich Bagel Bakery, 658 Bloomfield Avenue. Verona, New Jersey to be the highest responsible and responsive bidder; and WHEREAS, the Bagelwich Bagel Bakery has satisfactorily performed their services during the last summer season; and WHEREAS, the Township will renew the contract for the 2010 season in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law 40A:11-15(10) and the extension period shall be at the same rate and terms as the 2009 season; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by Municipal Council of the Township of West Orange that the 2010 season contract for the operation of the Food & Beverage Concession stand at the Ginny Duenkel pool located in the Township of West Orange shall remain with: Bagelwich Bagel Bakery, 652 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, NJ 07044 for the amount of $8,751.51. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payments will be received by the Chief Financial Officer in accordance with the bid specifications. Karen J.
