114-10 May 25, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS , certain tangible property of the Township of West Orange has become obsolete and is no longer fit or needed for public use; and WHEREAS , the tangible property is particularly itemized and described on Schedule A, attached hereto; and WHEREAS , the tangible property is old, broken, and obsolete electronic equipment that is irreparable and has no resale or scrap value; and WHEREAS , it appears in the best interests of the Township of West Orange to dispose of this tangible property as provided as provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the West Orange Township Council and in accordance with NJSA 40A: 11-36 that the tangible property listed in Schedule A shall be disposed. Karen J.
