Z:\Resolutions\2010\126-10 Fireworks-W.O.H.S..doc 126-10 May 25, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, an application has been submitted by the Township of West Orange Recreation Department who wishes to sponsor its annual Fourth of July fireworks exhibition at Degnan Field/ West Orange High School on July 4, 2010 (Rain Date: July 5, 2010); and WHEREAS, all of the necessary documentation has been submitted indicating that Pyro Engineering, Inc., 400 Broadhollow Road, Suite 3, Farmingdale, New York, shall provide and supervise the fireworks display; and WHEREAS, the Application has been reviewed and approved by the Township Police Chief and Fire Chief; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the Township of West Orange Recreation Department be and is hereby granted permission to conduct a fireworks display on July 4, 2010 (Rain Date: July 5, 2010); subject to the directives of the Fire Chief and Police Chief and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the Township of West Orange and Pyro Engineering, Inc. for the Fourth of July fireworks exhibition.
