Z:\Resolutions\2010\128-10 Fireworks Montclair Golf Club.doc 128-10 May 25, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, an application has been submitted by the Montclair Golf Club who wishes to sponsor its annual Fourth of July fireworks exhibition at the Montclair Golf Club on July 3, 2010 with a rain date of July 5, 2010; and WHEREAS, all of the necessary documentation has been submitted indicating that Garden State Fireworks, P.O. Box 403, Carlton Road, Millington, New Jersey, shall provide and supervise the fireworks display; and WHEREAS, the Application has been reviewed and approved by the Township Police Chief and Fire Chief; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the Montclair Golf Club be and is hereby granted permission to conduct a fireworks display on July 3, 2010 (rain date July 5, 2010) subject to the directives of the Fire Chief and Police Chief.
