C:\Documents and Settings\KCarnevale\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\I61KO24X\FireworksRockSpring2010.doc 129-10 May 25, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, an application has been submitted by the Rock Spring Club who wishes to sponsor its annual Fourth of July fireworks exhibition at the Rock Spring Club on July 3, 2010 (Rain Date: July 5, 2010); and WHEREAS, all of the necessary documentation has been submitted indicating that Garden State Fireworks, Inc., P.O. Box 403, Carlton Road, Millington, New Jersey, shall provide and supervise the fireworks display; and WHEREAS, the Application has been reviewed and approved by the Township Police Chief and Fire Department Director; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the Rock Spring Club be and is hereby granted permission to conduct a fireworks display on July 3, 2010 (Rain Date: July 5, 2010) subject to the directives of the Fire Director and Police Chief.
