156-10 June 15, 2010 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A FUND COMMISSIONER AND AN ALTERNATE FUND COMMISSIONER FOR THE GARDEN STATE MUNICIPAL JOINT INSURANCE FUND WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange is a member of the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund; and WHEREAS, it is required for the Township of West Orange to have representation on the Board of Commissioners of the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey that: 1. John K. Sayers be and hereby is appointed as Fund Commissioner representing the Township of West Orange on the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund Board of Commissioners; and 2. Michael S. Matheis be and hereby is appointed as Alternate Fund Commissioner representing the Township of West Orange on the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund Board of Commissioners. ____________________________ Karen J.
