157-10 June 15, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 10:5-36(f) and N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.2 require each public agency to designate a Public Agency Compliance Officer (“PACO”); and WHEREAS, the PACO is responsible for overseeing vendor and contractor compliance with the State of New Jersey laws and regulations concerning Equal Opportunity in Public Contracts; and WHEREAS, the Business Administrator for the Township of West Orange has recommended Michael S. Matheis, Data Processing Technician, to fulfill the duties of the PACO; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey that Michael S. Matheis be and hereby is appointed the Township of West Orange Public Agency Compliance Officer. ____________________________ Karen J.
