160-10 June 29, 2010 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange desires to make infrastructure improvements known as the Mayfair District Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements to alleviate flooding on Nestro Road, Midro Way, Mayfair Drive, Rosemont Terrace and Rosemont Drive; and WHEREAS , the Township will require easements from various property owners within the district to construct the improvements; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer has negotiated Deeds of Easement and Easement Agreements with seven property owners in the district which represents about one quarter of the total easements required bringing the total number to nineteen acquired or three quarters of the total; and WHEREAS , a list of the Grantors (property owners) property address, property identifiers and the consideration for the easements along with a copy of the Easement Agreements are attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS , the Township Engineer recommends the Township accept these Agreements and authorize the Mayor to execute them; and WHEREAS , the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township of West Orange that the Mayor is authorized to execute the attached Easement Agreements and the Township Clerk shall attest his signature. Karen J.
