206-10 August 17, 2010 R E S O L U T I O N RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, that the contract for TREE REMOVAL SERVICES in the Township of West Orange awarded to Dujet Tree Experts, 54 Notch Road, West Paterson, New jersey 07424, for a one year period commencing October 27, 2009 be extended for an additional one year period through October 27, 2011. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of $30,000 be authorized from the 2010 Operating Budget for these services. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the extension of this contract shall be at the following unit prices be awarded by tree size: Tree Size Unit Price 16”-23” $ 395.00 24”-35” $ 628.00 31”-36” $1,125.00 37”+ $1,892.00 SAL M.
