214-10 August 17, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the West Orange Recreation Director has determined that certain individuals are entitled to refunds for payment for 2010 Swim Pool membership fees, swim lessons, and for various other swim pool activities, and WHEREAS, a list is attached hereto of the names and addresses of said individuals, the amount due them and reasons for the refunds, which has been submitted by Bill Kehoe, Director of Recreation, and the amounts have been verified by the Municipal Comptroller, Edward J. Coleman, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to refund the amounts listed to said individuals for payment for 2010 Swim Pool membership fees, swim lessons, and for various other swim pool activities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Business Administrator be and is hereby authorized to issue payment from the funds on deposit in the account of the Township of West Orange to the various individuals as per the attached list totaling $275.00 to effect the refund above referred to, each person to receive the amount indicated.
