216-10 August 17, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Township of West Orange awarded a contract to Art Herder Inc. a New Jersey Corporation having its principal place of business at 18 South Cedar Parkway, Livingston, New Jersey for Renovation and Restoration of the O’Connor Park Handball Courts located at Ralph Road, West Orange, New Jersey WHEREAS, the Township Council by Resolution No. 144 dated June 15, 2010 awarded a lump sum bid of $13,700.00 to Art Herder, Inc; and WHEREAS, the West Orange Township Engineer recommended additional work; and WHEREAS, the cost for this additional work amounts to $1,200.00; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer recommended the following Change Order No. 1 as being necessary and beneficial; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available; and WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED by the Township Council of West Orange that Change Order No. 1 with Art Herder Inc. in the amount of $1,200.00 for Renovation and Restoration of the O’Connor Park Handball Courts located at Ralph Road, West Orange, New Jersey is hereby approved and the Township Council further authorizes Leonard R.
