244-10 September 28, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:71-4.3(c) and N.J.A.C. 5:71-2.7(a) by the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety each Municipality must have a Municipal Fire Official; and WHEREAS, Patrick Curry, Deputy Fire Chief, has the necessary background and expertise to perform the duties of Municipal Fire Official; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of Patrick Curry as Municipal Fire Official for a three year term expiring on April 30, 2013; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, that Patrick Curry, Deputy Fire Chief, is hereby appointed as Municipal Fire Official.
