286-10 October 26, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange desires to make infrastructure improvements known as the Mayfair District Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements to alleviate flooding on Nestro Road, Midro Way, Mayfair Drive, Rosemont Terrace and Rosemont Drive; and WHEREAS, the Township will require easements from various property owners within the district to construct the improvements; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer has negotiated a Deed of Easement and Easement Agreement with one property owner in the district; and WHEREAS, a list of the Grantor(s) (property owners), property address, property identifiers and the consideration for the easement along with a copy of the Easement Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer recommends the Township accept this Agreement and authorize the Mayor to execute it; and WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township of West Orange that the Mayor is authorized to execute the attached Easement Agreement and the Township Clerk shall attest his signature. Karen J.
