325-10 December 14, 2010 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange desires to make infrastructure improvements known as the Mayfair District Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements to alleviate flooding; and WHEREAS, the Township will require a Postponement and Subordination Agreements from the mortgage company Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc. for the property located at 65 Rosemont Terrace and GMAC Mortgage for the property located at 85 Nestro Road; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer recommends the Township approve these Agreements and authorize the Mayor to execute them; and WHEREAS, the Township concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township of West Orange that the Mayor is authorized to execute the attached Postponement and Subordination Agreements and the Township Clerk shall attest his signature.
