326-10 December 14, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange requires the services of a Public Information Officer to perform certain duties including, but not limited to those set forth in the West Orange Code, Chapter 2-52; and WHEREAS, Jessica Glicker currently serves as the Township’s Public Information Officer and has performed in an exceptional manner; and WHEREAS, the Township seeks to re-appoint Ms. Glicker as the Township’s Public Information Officer for an additional term of one year from January 1, 2011 until December 31, 20101 and WHEREAS, per the terms of Ms. Glicker’s agreement with the Township, she will receive a salary of $3,166.66 per month; and WHEREAS, Ms. Glicker shall exercise all her functions and perform her duties in accordance with all applicable ordinances and statutes; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Jessica Glicker be and hereby is re-appointed to serve as the Township’s Public Information Officer in accordance with all applicable ordinances and statutes. ________________________________ Karen J.
