177-10 RESOLUTION Downtown West Orange Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Victor Cirilo, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Downtown West Orange Alliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Victor Cirilo, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance for a term commencing on July 1, 2010, and expiring on June 30, 2011.
