178-10 RESOLUTION West Orange Municipal Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the West Orange Municipal Alliance; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Patty Spango , for a one year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Municipal Alliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Patty Spango, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the West Orange Municipal Alliance for a term commencing on July 1, 2010, and expiring on June 30, 2011.
