In addition, we also enclosed the following materials in support of the application: • Six (6) sets engineering plans prepared by Michael J. Fowler, P.E. of Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. dated September 8, 2022; • Six (6) sets of floor plans and elevations prepared by Michael J. Fowler, P.E. of Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. dated August 22, 2022; • Six (6) copies of a Proposal detailing the additions requested dated September 16, 2022; • Six (6) copies of a certified list of property owners within 200 feet of the subject property in the Township of West Orange; • Six (6) copies of a certified list of property owners within 200 feet of the subject property in the Township of Verona; • Six (6) copies of a certification indicating that the taxes and municipal charges are current; • Six (6) copies of all prior resolutions of the West Orange Planning and Zoning Board pertaining to the subject property; and • One (1) copy of a Fee Explanation form calculating the required application and escrow fees.

- OVER 45 YEARS OF LEGAL SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY - Also enclosed are two checks made payable to the “Township of West Orange” in the amount of $703.60 and $1,500 for the required municipal application and escrow fees as well as an IRS W9 form signed by the applicant to open the applicant’s escrow account with the township. Lastly I have enclosed a USB Drive containing the application and plans in digital format. Kindly review the enclosed materials and provide the same to the West Orange Planning Board and its experts in anticipation of the application being scheduled for a hearing.
