It is presented as a general guide to assist owners, maintenance directors, designers, and financial planners in establishing specific facility maintenance programs. The réader should note that actual equipment and materials requirements must be deter- mined on an individual basis for each facility. Addition- ally, specific manufacturers, brand names, and types of © equipment are not included, as availability, personal pref- erence, and specific usage must also be determined for each maintenance program.
