Eric Williams 6 Merrywood Dr West Orange NJ 07052 Proposal 6 Merrywood DR is a home with a one car garage, where the garage door is adjacent to the driveway. This result in a situation where if the household have more than one vehicle all additional vehicles will have to be removed from the driveway to move a vehicle in or out of the garage. (hardship) I’m proposing to move the garage door parallel with road where I can drive directly into the garage without the of shuffling car around to enter and exit the Garage. However, this undertaking will require extending the garage 11’6” towards the road which will now convert this one car to a two-car garage. This extended portion of the garage will encroach on the required yard space. This is my reason for requesting a variance Thank you, Eric Williams
