The waivers requested are as follows: • Item #28: The area of work is a previously developed portion of the site. I have reviewed the site and there are no environmentally sensitive areas within at least 500’ of the work area. • Item #29: This project will have no effect on offsite right-of-way/easements and is fully contained on previously developed, impervious surfaces. • Item #31: Offsite contours are irrelevant to this project as no grading is proposed and there will be no alterations to drainage patterns. • Item #33: This project does not need to show the existing drainage system since there is no grading is proposed and there will be no alterations to drainage patterns or increase in impervious coverage. • Item #34: Drainage area maps are not required since there is no grading is proposed and there will be no alterations to drainage patterns or increase in impervious coverage. • Item #39: Due to the large size of the property, grade elevations of all buildings and property corners are not provided. All relevant topographic data is shown on the plan in and adjacent to the work area. Additionally, we have noted several items (22, 41, 42, & 43) as not applicable (n/a). Due to the very limited scope of this work, they are not applicable to this type of development project. In the event that the board feels waivers are required for these items, we would also request waivers for those as well.

A waiver is requested for all items on the sustainability Checklist Form. The items on this checklist are not warranted for this type of project.
