After a quick review of the application documents, I noticed the applicant’s attorney state that following:

2 “The Applicant does not propose any exterior changes to the facility or the property. Therefore, we submit that site plan approval is not required. The existing parking lot provides more than enough parking spaces under the Ordinance.” Being that there is no site plan, I do not see the need for an engineering review at this time.
