RESOLUTION West Orange Planning Board Technical Review Starlite Restaurant & Pizzeria, Inc. 993 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, New Jersey 07052 Block No. 172.02, Lot No. 6, Zone B-2 Application #PB-03-19T WHEREAS, Starlite Restaurant & Pizzeria, Inc., Tenant with the owners authorization, has applied to the Township of West Orange Planning Board for Technical Approval to amend its existing site plan to provide for both exterior cosmetic renovations, as well as interior changes to the premises requiring no variances; and WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted plans to the Board prepared by Anthony J. Church, a registered Architect of the State of New Jersey, dated September 9, 2003 and revised through October 1, 2003; and WHEREAS, representatives of Starlite Restaurant & Pizzeria, Inc. appeared before the Technical Review Sub-Committee on October 14, 2003; and WHEREAS, after recommendation by the Technical Review Committee the Township of West Orange Planning Board approved the plans by Resolution dated November 5, 2003; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the recommendation of the Technical Review Committee and the Township of West Orange Planning Board, be and is hereby accepted and the plans submitted by Anthony J. Church, Architect for property located at 993 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, New Jersey, also known as Block No. 172.02, Lot 6, Zone B-2, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1s The existing dumpster shall be screened with slated [greengrass] fencing; 2. The entire parking lot shall be repaved and striped;

ce The existing landscaping shall be upgraded and the existing railroad tie planter shall be replaced to match the existing stone planters on the premises; 4. The applicant shall provide sidewalks along the front area of the building, and further agrees, in the event that the State of New Jersey provides sidewalks on Route 10, the applicant will provide a sidewalk along the side of the building on Route 10 consistent with the State of New Jersey. Ds In the event the County of Essex provides sidewalks on Pleasant Valley Way then applicant will provide sidewalks along the front of the building along Pleasant Valley Way consistent with the County of Essex.
