Enclosed please find the following documents for your review: • One (1) check in the amount of $125.00, made payable to the “Township of West Orange”, to satisfy the Soil Permit Removal Application fee; • The Applicant will provide a check for the required escrow fee upon confirmation from the Township on the amount; • The Applicant will provide the certification of taxes being current under separate cover; • One (1) copy of the Township of West Orange Buffer Report for Block 80.03, Lot 10, created on 7/2/2024; • Six (6) completed and endorsed copies of the Township of West Orange Application Form for the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment for a Soil Removal Permit; • Six (6) completed and endorsed copies of the W-9 Form; • Six (6) signed and sealed copies of the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, prepared by Dynamic Survey, LLC, dated 5/11/2022;
