Complete tree inventory for the property that are being removed with size and tree type. Currently on the plan they are estimated. 2. Tree protection plan for trees that are to be left inside the LOD. Trees protection plan for trees just outside and roots are inside the LOD. 3. Current tree replacement plan doesn't have enough trees being replaced. Please follow the chart on page 4 of the tree removal permit form. The town forester has to review and approve. 4. Trees that are being removed need to be marked, on the plan, and inventory table. 5. You need a letter for a NJ licensed tree expert stating why you are removing the trees and he has to review the tree replacement plan. 6. Tree protection plan needs 5-foot-high welded wire fence not snow fence. 7. Apply for a tree removal permit. 8. Town forester or town employee has to be on site when removing trees and stumps. 9. Town forester has to inspect tree protection fencing and silt fence before starting any construction. Walt Kipp Township Forester
