This letter serves as an administrative modification to correct typographical errors identified within the original Extension letter regarding the Block(s) and Lot(s) of the site and the extended LOI expiration date. In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7A-20.6(c)1, the Division hereby approves the following administrative modification: ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATIONS: The original Extension Letter is hereby amended to include the following corrections, showing the modified text bolded and underlined: 1. The Block(s) and Lot(s) referenced in the “RE” section shall be modified to read as follows: Block(s) and Lot(s): [179; 32] 2. The extended LOI expiration date referenced in the second paragraph shall be modified to read as follows: The Division hereby extends the original LOI without modification to December 26, 2029, five years from expiration date of the original LOI.
