The Applicant shall describe how operations will work for pickups. For example, would the customer come into the house or garage to get their order? Does it get brought to them in the driveway/roadway? • For pickups, customers will drive to our home and park in the driveway near the street. They will either call, text, or email prior to their arrival so we know to look out for them, or let us know a specific time for pick up. Once here, either me (Chris) or my wife (Michelle) will bring their order out to their car. 3. The Applicant shall provide to the Board the operation hours in which the pickups are conducted? • We offer pickups Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 8:30-1pm and weekday evenings from 5:30pm-7pm. 4. The Applicant has stated it is exploring a free local delivery service. Is that to be contracted, or provided by the Applicant or a family member? • Either myself or my wife will deliver local orders using our personal vehicle if the location is under a three-mile radius from the Turtleback Zoo.
