Goodfriend & Associates (LSG&A) has reviewed the proposed rooftop mechanical plan and mechanical equipment schedules, dated 29 September 2025, and calculated the expected sound levels at the adjacent residential properties based on the locations shown and the manufacturers’ sound data for the RuppAir rooftop units and Captiveaire/Franke exhaust fans. The resulting sound levels at all receiver locations are slightly lower than those summarized in LSG&A’s 3 February 2025 letter, and are still expected to meet the applicable limits of the NJDEP noise regulation.
