Township of West Orange Site Plan Review Advisory Board conducted a Technical Review Meeting via Zoom on November 18, 2025. The Board Planner memo dated November 12, 2025, was discussed. Applicant’s team provided a brief site description and proposed project discussion. Applicant attorney confirmed some of the waivers that would be requested for completeness and some of the items that were not applicable. Applicant is to address the items discussed and provide revised set of drawings. Once revised drawings are received, an updated memorandum shall be provided.
