Eric Williams 6 Merrywood Dr. West Orange NJ 07052 5/18/2026 Explanation for resolution extension Hello all, Shortly after | received the approved resolution for my project at 6 Merrywood Dr. my mother who lived with me had a fall which landed her in rehab with mild dementia. Once we bought her home her condition would fluctuate which required most of my focus, she passed away late October of 2025. Now, | would like to continue with my project to extend my garage, so | respectfully request the Board grant a one-year extension of the protection period for the project from 1/19/2026 to 1/20/2027 in accordance with NJSA 40:55D-52(a) Thank you in advance for your consideration, hw Eric Williams
