To assist you in your further review, | have prepared below a point-by-point response listing detailing how each of the comments was specifically addressed. The items below correspond numerically to the comments within your letter. D. Design Comments 1. Plan has been redesigned to comply with the standards to the extent possible. 2. Applicant will file the Stormwater Permit Application 3. A waiver is requested for compliance with providing on-site retention of the retention storm. 4. | have spoken with the applicant and he will reach out to the property owner to determine their willingness to allow the connection 5. Asecond soil log will be provided at the location of the infiltration basin. The permeable pavement system is not designed to infiltrate below the pavement but rather to filter the runoff and direct it towards the infiltration basin. The pavement is proposed at or along the existing grade so conflict with the water table is unlikely. Applicants shall supply any further testing as requested in this area. 6. A full size map (plan sheet 7) has the requested information and has been added to the report. 7. All proposed pavement is to be permeable pavement. 8. The permeable pavement drainage area is a total of 13,290 sf and the area of the permeable pavement is 6,776 sf. The ratio is approximately 1:1 for overland flow onto the pavement. 9 . Language has been changed. Mailing Address: Post Office Box 4304, Warren, NJ 07059
