oe PETRY®e® @ ENGINEERING, LLC THE ESTATE SOIL MOVING PERMIT REQUEST THE ESTATE 111 PROSPECT AVENUE BLOCK 151, LOT 17.01 A The purpose or reason for moving the soil and whether it will be done in connection with a proposed subdivision; it so, the date of filing of the application for subdivision. In June 2025, Orange Prospect, LLC (the “Applicant”) received Planning Board Site Plan Approval to renovate the existing banquet hall and reconstruct the front parking lot at 111 Prospect Avenue. Now the Applicant is submitting an application for an Amended Site Plan Approval, which will allow for a small addition to be added to the rear of the Banquet Hall, the reconstruction of the existing restaurant, and the reconstruction of the tear parking lot. Soil moving activities will primarily be in relation to the reconstruction of the two parking lots and for the construction of new walkways around the site. As a part of this development, no soil is proposed to be moved off-site. B. The kind and quantity in cubic yards of soil to be moved. The development will include reconstruction in the rear parking lot. The proposed area of on-site disturbance in the rear parking lot is approximately 120 cubic yards. There will be approximately 42 CY of cut and 162 CY of fill. The cut will be reused on site, so there will be 150 CY of import. No soil is proposed to be moved off-site.
