237-14 December 9, 2014 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A COMMITMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR REHABILITATION WHEREAS, West Orange Township has an approved and ongoing rehabilitation program included in its approved Fair Share Plan; and WHEREAS, the Township is committed to making additional funds available for its rehabilitation program; and WHEREAS, with a waiting list of approximately 46 eligible households, the Township is committing an additional $400,000 for its ongoing and approved rehabilitation program. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that West Orange Township shall authorize, in addition to the funds previously committed, an additional committed allocation of $400,000 to implement a component of its certified Fair Share Plan.
