3-15 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “ERSCHA ”); and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Victor Cirilo, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Victor Cirilo, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of ERSCHA for a one year term commencing on January 1, 2015 and expiring on December 31, 2015.
