4-15 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Patty Spango, for a one year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Patty Spango, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association for a one year term commencing on January 1, 2015 and expiring on December 31, 2015.
