5-15 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION Downtown West Orange Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance ; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Jerry Guarino, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Downtown West Orange Alliance . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Jerry Guarino, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance for a one year term commencing on January 1, 2015 and expiring on December 31, 2015.
