16-15 January 6, 2015 R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Change Order No. 1 and final between the Township of West Orange and Grabowski Construction, Inc. 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey 07052 for the project Improvement of Mountain Drive and Portions of Highwood Road which represents a decrease of $11,735.30 to a final project cost of $413,971.70 from an authorized amount of $425,707.00 or a 2.76 percent decrease in the authorized expenditures is hereby approved.
