17-15 January 6, 2015 R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Change Order No. 1 and final between the Township of West Orange and A & J Contractors, 105 Federal Road, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831 for the project Yale Terrace and Harvard Terrace Roadway Improvements which represents a decrease of $395.54 to a final project cost of $318,310.66 from an authorized amount of $318,706.20 or a 0.12 percent decrease in the authorized expenditures is hereby approved.
