18-15 January 6, 2015 R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Change Order No. 1 and final Revised between the Township of West Orange and Reggio Construction, Inc., 1575 West Street, Fort Lee, New Jersey 07024 for the project 2014 Street Improvements, Phase 1, Whittlesey Avenue, Mayfair Drive which represents a decrease of $53,375.81 to a final project cost of $771,624.19 from an authorized amount of $825,000.00 or a 6.47 percent decrease in the authorized expenditures is hereby approved.
