22-15 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, there is certain real property located at Block 159.08, Lot 55 in the Township of West Orange (the “Township”), also known as Fairview Avenue Rear (“Property”); and WHEREAS, by Deed dated December 9, 2013, the Township purchased the property, but the new classification of being Township owned was not recorded in the 2014 Duplicate therefore taxes were still recorded and need to be cancelled for 2014; and WHEREAS, the Township desires to cancel the real estate taxes on the Property for the the year 2014 totaling $1,309.70, representing the taxes for the year, due after the Property was transferred to the Township; and NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that: 1.
