29-14 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION RESCINDING Resolution 204-14 ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 25, 2014 WHEREAS , THE Township of West Orange (“Township”) adopted resolution #204-14 on November 25, 2014 for the purchase of two (2) 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe’s to be used by the West Orange Police Department, and WHEREAS , the purchase these vehicles was through a State Contract Vendor Municipal Equipment Enterprises in the Total amount of $69,203.12, and WHEREAS , said vendor no longer has vehicles available to purchase, and WHEREAS , a new vendor has been selected and a resolution will follow for said goods. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Council of the Township of West Orange that they hereby rescind Resolution 204-14 adopted on November 25, 2014. Karen J.
